1. Well experienced in major enterprise management especially finance management, and finance leader work experience is essential.
2. Rich knowledge in tax and finance related laws and regulations both in domestic and overseas, strong finance operation, capital operation, finance analysis, and finance control ability, good at integrating all kinds of resources and policies to make finance operation analysis, and help to improve company’s macro-guidance and micromanagement level.
3. Strategic thinking, decision-making ability and leadership is essential, rich knowledge and strong ability in team management, active in communication, skilled in using all kinds of finance management software, and mastery of and proficiency in international language is essential.
4. Younger than or around 50 years old, healthy, with essential education degree or with senior accountant title or with certified public accountant qualification.
Second, Chief Human Resources Officer（CHO）
1. Work experience in Multinational Corporation or at least 5 years’ HR director experience in large and medium-size enterprises.
2. Familiar with modern HR management model, familiar with policies, laws and regulations relevant to human resources both in domestic and overseas, and good at communicating with international language.
3. Strong communication ability and execution, well experienced in team organizing, team training, and making full use of human resources.
4. 50 years old and above, healthy, bachelor degree or equivalent education level.
Third, Equipment Management Director
1. At least 5 years working experience as equipment management director in large enterprises, and strong ability in automatic and informatics equipment management.
2. Strong team management and coaching ability, fluent in communicating with international language.
3. Mater the most advanced tire manufacturing technology and equipment maintence technique.
4. Younger than or around 50 years old, healthy; mechatronics, equipment management, mechanization or automation related major, bachelor degree and above or equivalent education degree.
Fourth, office manager
1. Secretary, administration, archives or supervisory office related work experience in large medium-size enterprises or government departments.
2. able to communicate effectively with each department to handle administrative affairs, and use international language for basic communication.
3. Full of passion for work, overall awareness, and able to promote work forward actively.
4. About 45 years old, healthy, college degree or equivalent education level.
Fifth, International Sales Marketing Director
1. Work experience of international trade in large and medium–size enterprises.
2. Proceed international market planning, developing, sales, service, and network building scientifically, and rich tire knowledge.
3. Have the ability to integrate and give full play to sales team resources, and have execution ability and leadership to lead sales team to achieve sales target.
4. Fluent in English, multiple international languages speaker is preferred.

Six, Domestic Sales Marketing Director
1. Work experience of marketing and sales in large and medium-size enterprises.
2. Proceed market planning, developing, sales, service, and network building scientifically, and rich tire knowledge.
3. Have the ability to integrate and give full play to sales team resources, and have execution ability and leadership to lead sales team to achieve sales target. Able to communicate with international language about common topic.
4. About 45 years old, healthy, bachelor degree or equivalent education degree.
Salary and Welfare
